What´s the weather like in August? Isn´t it very hot in Greece?

Over the 11 years that we have been offering this group we have found that there is actually no rule as to how warm or hot the weather will be. There have been times when it was very hot, other times when it´s simply pleasantly warm and rare times with clouded skies and an occasional rain shower. The group room has air conditioning, so we can cool it down when it gets too hot.

Is there any prerequisite / qualification needed to participate?

No, not at all. You don´t have to be a singer or a meditator.

Is this group only for couples?

No, everyone is welcome.

What does the daily schedule look like?

Basically it is a holiday group with enough group times to be able to dive deeply into the chanting and the meditations and enough free time to enjoy the beach, the ocean or simply rest. We have two or three group sessions daily where we all come together as well as some programs which are optional for those who enjoy them…like morning exercises for example.

Can I bring my children?

The group is not suitable for young children. Unfortunately there is no service available for your children to be looked after while you are in the group room. Sometimes people bring a nanny with them who takes care of the children during the group times.
